This is one of our buildings in Waltham. Waltham has five buildings ranging from 5 - 25 units. The buildings are all next to each other, and in a safe residential location of Waltham.

This is a courtyard area at our Waltham location. During the summer months we have a grill and charcoals, along with tables and chairs for our tenant's enjoyment.

This is the front entrance of our Quincy location. Our Quincy location is one building consisting of 56 units. This building is located on a non-thru street; therefore very few people other than our tenants inhabit this area. Thus, making it another safe and secure location for our tenants.
