In determining our rates we always make sure that we are more affordable and cost effective than our competition. If you compare J. E. Furnished Apartments to a hotel we are more than twice the size and approximately half the price.

approximately 400 - 500 sq. ft.
full sized kitchen and bathroom
living room is incorporated into the bedroom
starting rate based on availability: $1250./month
One-bedroom Apartments:
approximately 650 - 750 sq. ft.
starting rate based on availability: $1500./month
Two-bedroom Apartments:
approximately 750 - 900 sq. ft.
starting rate based on availability: $1750./month

Less than a two month stay is billed on a weekly basis at the discretion of the rental manager, with a $100. cleaning fee in addition.
