J.E. owns and manages all 118 furnished apartments, with 62 in Waltham and 56 in Quincy. Renters are not dealing with a booking platform, individual host or distant intermediary. Our onsite Rental Managers know the properties, floor plans and apartment options, allowing them to answer practical questions, explain what may be available and help identify an apartment that may fit each renter's dates and needs.
Because every apartment remains under J.E.'s management throughout the stay, questions about the apartment, property or rental arrangements can be addressed directly by the J.E. team responsible for the property.
Onsite Support From Beginning to End
From your first inquiry through the end of your stay, the same Rental Manager remains your point of contact. Your Rental Manager can help you find the right apartment, guide you through the rental process and answer questions after move in. Because that person already understands your dates, apartment and arrangements, you do not need to start over whenever a question arises.
Onsite maintenance personnel are also available at both locations, with 24/7 emergency maintenance service when something needs immediate attention. J.E.'s employees average more than 20 years with the company, bringing valuable familiarity with the apartments and properties.

A J.E. apartment gives renters a private place to unpack, prepare meals, work, rest and maintain a more normal routine. Studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments are furnished for everyday living, with a well equipped kitchen, full size appliances, cookware, dishes, linens, towels and household essentials already in place.
Utilities, air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable television, in building laundry, free parking for two vehicles and a complimentary local health club membership are included. With fewer separate services to arrange and no need to furnish a temporary home, renters can settle in more easily and manage fewer separate household expenses during their stay.
