Yes. J.E. offers furnished studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments in Quincy and Waltham for traveling nurses, physicians, fellows, researchers, therapists, technicians, consultants, and other healthcare professionals. A standard six-week minimum applies, with exceptions sometimes available based on the circumstances, requested dates, and apartment availability.
What happens if my assignment or medical stay is extended?
Contact your Rental Manager as soon as you know your dates may change. J.E. month-to-month rental structure provides flexibility, but any extension depends on apartment availability and should be arranged as early as possible.
Which J.E. location is better for my hospital or healthcare facility?
The better location depends largely on the hospital or healthcare facility you need to reach most often. Tell us where you need to be, and a Rental Manager can help you determine whether Quincy or Waltham is likely to work better for your stay.
Can I arrange an apartment without visiting in person?
Yes. Many renters arrange their apartments before arriving in Massachusetts. A Rental Manager can discuss your dates and apartment needs, answer questions, provide additional apartment details, photographs, or floor plans when helpful, and guide you through the rental process remotely.
Can J.E. bill my company or employer directly?
Direct company or employer billing can be accommodated when appropriate. Ask your Rental Manager about the billing arrangement when discussing your apartment.
