Yes. Tell a Rental Manager why you need temporary housing, your best estimate of the arrival date, how long you may need the apartment and what apartment size would work. That is enough to begin discussing what may be available. You do not need every date finalized before calling. Availability changes as apartments are reserved, so contacting J.E. when you know a temporary stay may be needed can keep more options open.
What is included in one monthly housing payment?
One monthly housing payment includes electricity, air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable television, parking for two vehicles and a complimentary local health club membership. Apartments also include furniture, linens, towels, a well equipped kitchen with full size appliances, cookware, dishes and everyday household essentials. In building laundry is available. With so much already in place, renters have less to purchase, arrange and pay for separately during an already busy transition.
How flexible is the rental period if my closing, repair or renovation schedule changes?
The standard minimum stay is six weeks, with exceptions considered according to the circumstances, requested dates and apartment availability. Apartments are rented on a month to month tenancy at will basis, so an exact departure date does not need to be known when the renter moves in.
